Life is good!!!

Grandma was watching the kids for Cindy one day and we decided to play a game. What fun!

We went to the park for Kameha's birthday party. She turned a big 2.

The kids had fun playing on the toys while the parents played baseball. Go Cindy!

Spring has come!!!

We have been having great fun with Great Grandma Knudsen and Uncle James here. They both came to visit about the same time. Grandma was sick for 2 weeks out of her stay but is doing well now.

While Mike's mom was here we went to San Antonio to do a few fun things. James and Grandma having a great time in the car as we traveled.

Here we are at the Alamo

Now we are on the River Walk

James just missed his little wife so much he was on the phone with her alot. Here is a kiss for you Jen.

We met up with Tracy and went out to dinner at a cute little Mexican place on the river walk. They even sang to us at our table. What fun!

Emma, this is for you. Your Daddy thought you would love to ride in this horse drawn Cinderella carriage. What do you think?

Feb. 1, what a day!

Grant Norman Millsap came into this world on Feb. 1st 2010. And what a cute baby he is. 6 lbs. 3 ozs. He turned in Cindy close to labor time and was born breach. Cindy had him at home with the help of Tony (her midwife). Cindy said it was a wonderful experience. Mike and I went over at midnight and picked up the kids and brought them home with us. Life is good at the Knudsen house.

Arn't they sweet!

Grant looks so much like Dallas!

Donna couldn't wait to hold the little guy. It will give her a feel what it will be like when her little guy comes.

Look! James is even in Texas!!! Now we just need to get his family here.

Our New Gift!

We got a new addition to our family. Chad and Donna's dog had puppies and some how, I am not sure how, we ended up with one. It was the last one I think. Although it was the one I liked the best from the very first. Wayne and Cindy are keeping it for us until we get some property. Aren't they sweet. Cindy and I are doing a obedience class. One of my Young Women is taking my place because the class is on Tues. while I am at the Temple. But we try to train almost everyday. Dusty (my dog) is doing quite well. I am quite pleased with her. Cindy's dog's name is Sarge. Of course mine is with the pink collar. I say mine. But really Mike is the one that said yes. I guess I have learned to like her. She is so cute. Keana and Lydia love these pups. Well, I guess all the grandkids do. Oh, by the way, Wayne and Cindy ended up with Daisy (Chad and Donna's dog) also. They couldn't have her in these apartments.

Later December!

If you didn't read the other post on the earlier part of Dec. Go back and read it. I did both of these posts on the same day. So now I will continue........

We are still in Utah. We went back to Bruce and Vanessa's and John and Tammy and Tanner came to see us. They were there for Christmas with Tammy's family. We were so excited to see them.

We drove back to Brenham. It was hard to leave our loved ones behind.
We got to Brenham on Christmas Eve, unloaded the truck and then went over to Wayne and Cindy's for a special Christmas eve dinner. We ate like Joseph and Mary would of eaten. It was a cool evening. We enjoyed it.

Christmas Day.

Here we are in Galveston,TX on New Years Eve Day. Chad, Donna and girls invited us to go with them. We had a great time, and got to see the Golf of Mexico to boot. How cool is that. Well, now I am done, I am all caught up now. 2009 is over and we are so excited to see what 2010 will bring.

Catch up!

I know this is a New Year and I must move on, but I have to tell you about my month of December. I just have to. It was such a fun month. I know, call me slow, but at least it is being said.
Let's start with the earlier part of December...
Elise helped Grandma trim the tree!

Then she helped me clean out a few things. What a great helper!

Isn't she cute!

While we were cleaning, Donna kept the others occupied. What fun!

A few days later, Cindy was getting big enough that the Branch decided to throw her a baby shower.

Keana and Lydia's school had a Christmas program. The are in the middle front in navy blue. They sang and danced to "Let it snow"!

Then late one very, very cold night the city had a light parade. Keana was on the school float.

Donna, Kameha and I froze. We were not dressed for how cold it was. I wish we had been. After Keana went past, Kameha and I ran to the car and cranked up the heat. Oh it felt good.

We got some fun dollar store prizes for the kids. What fun!

Mike and I went to Utah to get the rest of our things. It was nice to be there at Christmas time. We saw Bruce and Vanessa's family and then went on to Chris and Jamie's.

We took Hunter and went to see Jen and James and their family at the Salt Lake Temple. So many lights. It was cold but pretty. Jen and James are holding their two faster daughters.

We went to Chris and Jamies Church Christmas party and took this picture.

We told the kids we could cook hot dogs that night when we watch them. What fun!

Well it won't let me do any more pictures so I will start a new post. Sorry!
